Shipping and Delivery

How long will my order take?

Orders usually ship within 7–10 days. You may receive your rig earlier if your parts are in stock, or it could take slightly longer for rare components.

How will I know when it’s shipped?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your build leaves our lab.

Is my PC safely packed?

Yes. Every Helix Rigz system is packed in shock-proof custom foam and double boxed for full protection.

Can I get express delivery?

Currently, express delivery depends on component availability — contact support for specific timelines.

How do I place an order?

Choose your parts on our configurator, confirm your build, and checkout securely on our site.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, EMI, and Razorpay payments.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes are possible only before we start assembling your system — contact support within 24 hours.

Is my payment secure?

100%. All payments are processed through Razorpay’s PCI DSS–compliant gateway.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my PC?

Custom builds are non-refundable once payment is made, since every rig is built specifically for you.

When can I get a refund?

Refunds are only processed if there’s damage, defect, or an error from our end.

What if my PC arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the packaging and issue. We’ll resolve it immediately.

Warranty & Protection

What warranty do I get?

All components come with brand warranty (1–5 years depending on the part). Helix Rigz also provides free labor/service support for 1 year after purchase.

What’s not covered?

Accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or third-party tampering voids the warranty.

How do I claim warranty?
